resolve timezones since daylight savings
Since the time change, invites are off by hour

Thanks for sending a sample. The reason it is happening in this example is that the file specifies a named timezone (rather than a UTC time or local time with offset) and it doesn't include the VTIMEZONE entry detailing the correct offset. The workaround for this will be for the app to have a reference database of named timezones.

I skipped the app for the same reason..: the appointment is at 19:30, the app shows it as 20:30

They are off by an hour when they are sent from a different time zone than what the phone is on. For example, I got an ICS file that was sent from Eastern Time, and I'm in Central. It was for a meeting at 2PM CST, but it showed up as 1PM CST on my phone. However, prior to the Daylight savings time, the same person sent me an invite and it was correct on the phone. I can see if I can get you a copy of the invite...
