    A fix was rolled out last week to resolve the "expiry" issue. If you've re-linked accounts in the last 48 hours it should continue to sync without interruption - otherwise you'll need to repeat those steps one more time.
    Following a successful account link we can synchronise completed items from Microsoft To Do to Alexa but if you delete the item in To Do before completion it deletes the attached Alexa item ids so we can't match the item and delete the corresponding item in Alexa - this is unfortunately a limitation in Microsoft's Graph API which we now use.
    Due to limitations in the event subscriptions for Microsoft Graph we can no longer provide unlimited synchronisation so I have continued the service with just the two default Alexa lists.
